Overseas Delivery Charges
iST Scientific Ltd. offer a range of competitively priced UPS, FedEx and DPD delivery services.
We’re committed to selling high-quality products that have been produced & packed to the highest standards. We also know that, for one reason or another, products may be wrongly ordered, picked or damaged in transit & may need to be returned to us. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your delivery note with your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
- If you need to return something that has been wrongly delivered, just call our Customer Service Team on 01252 235 758 and unless otherwise stated on the delivery note we’ll collect it for free. Your order number will count as your receipt. The correct product will be sent out to you on our express delivery service, free.
- If you need to return something we’ve delivered that has been wrongly ordered, just call our Customer Service Team on 01252 235 758 and unless otherwise stated on the delivery note we will arrange collection. We will send you the appropriate labels to apply to the goods being returned & our standard carriage rates will apply. Your order number will count as your receipt.
- If there is a quality issue or fault with the product, it must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Call our Customer Service Team on 01252 235 758, they will arrange the appropriate labelling for you to return the goods & a replacement will be sent out to you.
Please Note we cannot accept IST Sterile product back that has been opened, as this invalidates the product for re-sale.
