Q – Who will deliver my parcel?

A – For UK Orders iST Scientific has appointed FedEx as our designated courier. You will receive an email notification containing your tracking number directly from our courier once FedEx has collected your order from our warehouse. Overseas deliveries are dispatched with UPS, FedEx or DPD depending on your location.


Q – Can I track my order?

A – Our designated courier will be in touch upon collection of your order from the iST Scientific Warehouse using the email address you provided when placing your order. You can track your order by using the tracking number provided direct with our couriers.

Q – What options do I have for delivery?

A – UK orders are dispatched on Standard Next Day Delivery, All orders over £250 are dispatched carriage free. Orders under £250 are charged at £9.50 You can find out more here -> Delivery & Returns


Q – When will my order dispatch?

A – Orders placed before 11.00am Monday – Friday will dispatch the same working day. Orders placed after 11.00am will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will dispatch the next working day.



Q – How soon will I receive my quote?

A – We will respond to your quote request within 24 hours (excluding weekends).


Q – Can I request a quote for multiple products?

A –  Yes, you can add as many products to the ‘Quote list’ as you like. Once your list is complete, click ‘Submit’.”



Q – How do I place an order?

A – Please contact us at or (0)1252 235758 to place your order and one of our friendly team will be happy to help.  We can take card payment over the phone or help you set up an account for ease going forward.


Q – How do I return my order?

Q – Where are iST products manufactured?

A – All our products are manufactured in-house in the UK, where we have ISO 7 clean rooms providing total confidence and peace of mind.


Q – I do not have an account, can I still place an order?

A – Yes, you do not need an account. Simply email us a list of products you would like, along with your delivery address, and we will process your order for you.


Q – I have not received a confirmation email about my order?

A – Please contact us on or call us on 01252 235758.


Q – How do I register for a distributor account?

A – Please go to Register and complete the form. One of our team will review your submission and help you get set up.


Q – Can I place an order online from anywhere in the world?

A – Yes!  We ship our products all over the world.
